Jim Spadafora has over 30 years experience working in the agricultural industry. He has contributed in a number of capacities, ranging through discovery research, product development and strategic marketing. Jim started his industry career at Chevron Chemical as a fungicide discovery biologist, and, after joining American Cyanamid, advanced through a number of technical, strategic marketing and global leadership roles there and at BASF, Nufarm, Arysta LifeScience and finally FMC Corporation, as Director of Global Biology. He joined AgBiome Innovations in April 2019 to pursue his passion for Agricultural technology as Director of Product Development and Technical Services. Jim holds a B.S. in Biology from LaSalle University, an M.S. in Botany and Plant Pathology from the University of Maine, and a Ph.D. in Plant Pathology from the Pennsylvania State University. In his spare time he enjoys sailing and adventures with his wife and two children.
